Interested in being a vendor at our event? Fill out some info to register! We can't wait to hear from you!

  • THIS FORM IS NOT FOR FOOD VENDORS - FOOD VENDORS SEE BELOW

  • Vendor application for Pink Hill EggStravaganza - $20

  • Vendor set up will begin at 9am and the vendor space will open at 11am. Vendors need to be set up until the end of the event at 3pm.

  • Once your application is approved, you will be contacted for payment.

  • The festival is a rain or shine event.

  • Each vendor must provide his/her own display, tables, and chairs. Tents are not required but are highly recommended. We also suggest some sort of lighting as this event will continue after sunset. Electricity is not available at this time.

  • All vendors must keep their area free of debris/trash. Tent/Assigned spot must be occupied at all times.

  • Festival committee cannot guarantee that other vendors may or may not duplicate the craft or item you have available.

FOOD VENDORS

  • Food Vendor - $50 Fee

  • You will be on a paved surface. Set up begins at 9am. The Festival begins at 11am. We have designed our venue where you can pull in and pull out without having to back in. We will line you up when you arrive. If you have a detachable vehicle, we ask that you move it quickly. We can provide a parking space for it near your truck.

  • Once application is approved you will be contacted for payment

  • Food vendors must have permit from Lenoir County Environmental Health Department. Certificate must be posted on your food cart/trailer.

  • Festival location will be 201 Jones Ave. You will be on a paved road.

  • This festival is rain or shine event.
